LeadBuilder is an 8-step Python pipeline for business contact research. It finds businesses on OpenStreetMap, crawls their websites politely (it respects robots.txt), extracts contact details, removes duplicates, checks email domains, and exports a clean CSV with a source link for every piece of data.

In a real run on pet businesses in the Greater Toronto Area, it discovered 458 businesses and qualified 215.
